Copy the skill's instructions
Open a Muse-ready skill and copy the skill text from the install tab. You paste the text; you do not upload a file.

Paste it into Muse
Paste the instructions into a chat with Muse in the Muse app, on the web, or in WhatsApp, and ask it to remember them and use them whenever you ask for this workflow.

Ask for the workflow by name
In later chats, ask Muse to use the skill by name. If it has not kept the instructions, paste them again. There is no documented native SKILL.md import yet.
