By accessing or using CreatorSkills ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

CreatorSkills is a marketplace where users can browse, purchase, and sell AI skills (prompts, workflows, and instructions) designed for content creators. Skills are designed for use with AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT.

3. User Accounts

To purchase or sell skills, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Purchases and Payments

Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD. Prices are set by sellers and may change at any time. The price at the time of purchase is final.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We charge a 15% platform fee on all sales.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of skills, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of duplicate purchases, technical errors, or if a skill significantly misrepresents its functionality.

5. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a skill, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the skill for your own content creation purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased skills
• Use skills to create competing products
• Remove or alter any attribution or copyright notices
• Claim ownership of the skill content

6. Seller Terms

If you sell skills on the Platform, you agree to:

• Only sell skills you have the right to distribute
• Provide accurate descriptions of your skills
• Respond to buyer questions and support requests
• Accept the 15% platform fee on all sales
• Comply with all applicable tax laws and reporting requirements

7. Prohibited Content

You may not create, upload, or distribute skills that:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain malicious code or instructions
• Promote harmful, illegal, or unethical activities
• Are designed to deceive or mislead users
• Violate the terms of service of Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI platforms

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CreatorSkills and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Sellers retain ownership of skills they create and sell.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SKILLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT SKILLS WILL WORK AS DESCRIBED, PRODUCE SPECIFIC RESULTS, OR BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL AI PLATFORMS. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATORSKILLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY SKILLS PURCHASED THROUGH IT.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, you retain access to previously purchased skills.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting on the Platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
