Save CreatorSkills as a private Grok Bot skill
Grok Bot skills are reusable instruction sets you save in the app and invoke with /. Paste the SKILL.md instructions from a CreatorSkills listing, ask Grok Bot to save them as a private skill, then type / to run it. This is Grok Bot, not Grok Build.
What actually works
Claims follow xAI's Grok Bot docs. We do not advertise a filesystem install we cannot verify.
Every Claude, ChatGPT, and Universal listing emits Agent Skills SKILL.md. That markdown is the instruction text you paste into Grok Bot. Cursor rules files will not load. Official Grok Bot docs do not document a SKILL.md file drop.
Official path: ask Grok Bot to save the instructions as a private skill, then type / in the desktop composer. If it is missing from /, check Marketplace → Your plugins → Manage plugins and skills → Private skills.
~/.grok/skills/ is a Grok Build surface. It is not required for this install, and we do not claim it works for Grok Bot.

Open a Grok Bot-ready skill and copy the skill text (or download SKILL.md). Multi-file ZIPs are extra assets; Grok Bot's documented unit is a saved private skill, not a folder on disk.
Ask Grok Bot to save it as a private skill
Paste the instructions into a Grok Bot conversation and ask it to save them as a private skill. If the skill is missing from /, open Marketplace → Your plugins → Manage plugins and skills and check Private skills. Official docs: docs.x.ai/grok-bot/skills-routines-and-automations.
Type / to invoke it
Start a Grok Bot session and type / to pick the saved skill. The workflow then applies to that conversation.
